To Our Valued Patients

I am writing to you regarding the actions we have decided are necessary to take due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the rapidly spreading COVID-19 virus, we feel we must use our own clinical judgement and act in the best interests of our patients and staff, we have taken the hard decision to close Eyes & Smiles for all routine dental checks and treatments until further notice.

This is based on the current government guidance and health authority advice to help reduce rates of transmission, and the number of people travelling to and from the practice.

We will only be seeing patients presenting with GENUINE emergencies by appointment only. This is only on the basis the patient does not present with symptoms of COVID-19 and/or a member of a member of their household, this includes anyone in self isolation. To check if it is a genuine emergency, please phone the practice before coming into the practice. We will then be able to assess the emergency and give you the appropriate advice.

All being well, we will re-open as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. We will of course keep you updated with the latest information via our website and social media channels found below.


As a team, we are doing everything we possibly can to remain fit, well and able to work so that we can continue our usual high standard of dental care for you when we return. Please be assured we are here for all our patients, and if there are any concerns you have, please get in touch with us.
